The hotel staff were very nice. the breakfast was free. - Appreciated the way our king room was arranged. - A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. My stay at Hyatt Place Richmond Airport was fantastic for my vacation. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I loved how our king room was set up, and having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room was a major bonus.

The hotel was clean with very-very nice and courteous staff members. I appreciated tidy and beautiful rooms with a king bed. The location of this property was great and awesome. I found Tgi Fridays offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

The location was excellent; not too far of a drive for anything. The room itself was nice with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious enough for my walker. The AC worked great for the fall/winter time. The shower pressure was decent. Breakfast was fine, although I'm not much of a breakfast person. it was a nice stay.
